Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MovieStation you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
MovieStation lets you create AI characters, scripts, images, voices, clips and movies, edit footage, and publish videos. Features may change, and AI output quality is not guaranteed.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secret.
3. Credits & payments
Generation and rendering consume credits. New accounts receive free credits; more can be purchased in packs via Stripe or PayPal. Credits are not money, are non-transferable and do not expire while your account is active. If a generation fails on our side, the credits are refunded automatically. Purchases are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload and, to the extent permitted by law and the AI providers’ terms, of the outputs you generate. You grant us a licence to host, process, display and distribute your content only as needed to run the service — including showing videos you publish as public on Explore, creator pages and search engines. You can make content private or delete it at any time.
5. Acceptable use
- No illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that harasses, threatens or incites violence.
- No impersonation of real people in a misleading way, and no uploading photos of people without their permission.
- No content that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights.
- No attempts to bypass credits, rate limits or security, and no scraping or reselling of the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. AI output
AI can produce inaccurate or unexpected results. Review outputs before relying on or publishing them. Similar prompts may produce similar outputs for different users.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MovieStation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be announced in the app.
